Abstract

A survey of the distribution and taxonomy of Teucrium montanum subspecies in the Czech and Slovak Republics is given. These are common in Slovakia but only several localities are known from the Czech Republic (South Moravia). The revision of earlier data on chromosome number and new karyological and palynological data from Slovakia are also presented.
