Abstract
The epiphytic, epipetric and epigeic lichen flora of the arboretum Průhonice-Park near Prague was studied . The investigated area (240 ha) is affected by medium level of air pollution originating from various human activities in Prague. Assays of heavy metal content (Pb, Cd) in lichens are discussed. The presented list of lichens includes 135 species totally; 21 species recorded by previous investigations are now extinct. Buellia erubescens is a new species of Czechoslovak lichen flora, now extinct. Changes of lichen flora and its future development are outlined.
